How Do You Use EcoTrowel

To begin with, you will need to get rid of all dust and debris from the surfaces and crakes using compressed air and/or vacuum cleaners.

Mix both parts with a gentle motion of kneading until they are evenly textured and have the same color.

Application Instructions

After the mix is dry, use a trowel to apply EcoPoxy Ecotrowel.

Spreadrate:

From a fluffy edge to an impressive 1.3-centimeter (0.5 inch) high peak

Working temperatures:

The bath temperature should be between 30 and 15 degrees Celsius (60 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit).

*Note:

More work is needed after 24 hours. To prepare the surface for bonding, lightly sand it with 120-grit Sandpaper. The surface should be cleaned of all sanding debris and washed with denatured alcohol or isopropyl to remove any contaminants.

Avoid eye contact with skin. After 15 minutes, rinse your eyes with warm water. If you have come in contact with any of these items, consult your doctor. After skin contact occurs, rinse the eyes thoroughly with warm water. Don't take it yourself.

Drying Times

Cure Time: 48 hours @ 21°C (70°F) and 50% RH. Spread rate 2.5m2/L (100sf/gal).
Set to Touch: 6-8 hours
Recoat Time: 6-8 hour minimum
Foot Traffic 24 hours

Shelf Life

You should store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. If stored properly, the shelf life of product is one year.
